Unlike most people think Martial Arts is not a violent sport. It requires extraordinary discipline for a student of martial arts to thrive in this area. We must also learn the ethics of self-mastery in this martial arts sport. Otherwise, we may also gain self-esteem and confidence. This is consistent with other important life lessons such as respect, courtesy and humility.
